Fees Rules

  •  St. Francis School receives no government or private aid and fees realized from students is the only source of revenue. To keep up with the rising costs and salary raises, fees have to be adjusted from time to time.
  • Tuition fees are to be paid for all 12 months of the year and be paid in installments or in advance.
  •  Pupils whose fees are long overdue may be barred from sitting for any examination and are liable to have their names struck off the rolls.
  • Fees are collected at the local Bank specified b the school. Kindly see the instructions given in the fee book.
  •  Tuition fees must be paid by the 25th of every month, failing which a late fee will be levied from fee defaulters.
  • Parents will kindly save the receipt issued to them in proof of payment if needed.
  • Fees for February and March shall be paid in February.
  • No student shall be allowed to sit for the final examination unless all fees and fines are paid.
  • Fees for the Board Examination will be paid separately.
